Eligible products may be returned within 30 days from delivery.
Eligible returns receive free return shipping, and ORVIAN BEAUTY charges a 0% restocking fee.
Orders may be cancelled until the relevant item has been fulfilled. Once fulfillment has occurred, cancellation may no longer be available.
For hygiene and safety reasons, opened, used, unsealed, or tampered-with beauty and personal care products may not qualify for change-of-mind returns.
Nothing in this section limits consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
